Policies

- All sessions are held in Woodbine, MD unless otherwise stated.

-    Use of outside cameras and video equipment is prohibited during your session.  Anyone bringing outside filming equipment onto the property or studio will be asked to leave.

- Prints are created by a professional lab using Fuji Professional E-surface paper.

-    Children must be attended at all times on the property and in the studio.  Families allowing children to run or touch equipment in the studio will be asked to leave.

-     Session fees include the time and creative talent of the photographer. All prints and products are sold separately. Session fees do NOT include digital images.

- Session fees must be paid in full prior to session.

-    You may pay for your session with a credit card ahead of time by going to the Payments Page.  Only checks or cash are accepted once you arrive for your appointment.

-    It is assumed that all clients have familiarized themselves with my policies and pricing prior to arriving for their appointment.  Refunds and discounts will not be given due to a client's  failure to inquire about prices ahead of time.  All of my pricing information is available on my Pricing Page, or feel free to have me e-mail you a pricing sheet prior to your appointment.

- All sessions require a $50 retainer to hold your date and will be applied to your session fee.

- Prices and product selection are subject to change without notice.

-    Print credits MUST be used for print/product purchases through Lauren Fitzgerald Photography and have no cash value.  Cannot be refunded,  transferred or exchanged for cash.

- All products and services are subject to 6% MD sales tax.

-   All proofing galleries will automatically expire in exactly 2 weeks. If you do not place your order within that time, a $50 republishing fee will be charged to extend your gallery an additional 2 weeks. Any images that are not ordered will be purged from the system in order to make room for new clients. 

-  Images that have been ordered will be archived for one year.

- All images will be destroyed if print or product purchases are not made within 60 days following delivery of proofing gallery

- Cropping and portrait perspectives are based upon artistic intent.  If you have any questions about the way in which your images were cropped please inquire.

- Lauren Fitzgerald Photography retains copyright ownership of all images unless otherwise stated. Original digital images are the sole property of Lauren Fitzgerald Photography and will not be released or sold to clients under any circumstances. These images may not be reproduced for any reason or by any means without the express written permission of Lauren Fitzgerald.
